OP Bearing is a fan-made research and deckbuilding tool for the One Piece Trading Card Game. The Site provides a card archive, semantic effect parsing, interaction analysis, gravity scoring, and deck construction tools. The service is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Some features require an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the decks and feedback you create on the Site. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it as part of the service (e.g., showing your deck to you, processing your feedback). We will not publicly share your decks without your permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site at a rate or volume that degrades service for other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Our content. The Site's design, code, analysis tools, semantic parser, gravity algorithms, and original text are the intellectual property of the OP Bearing project.

Third-party content. One Piece, card names, card images, card text, and related trademarks are the property of Bandai Co., Ltd., Shueisha, Toei Animation, and Eiichiro Oda. The Site is an unofficial fan project and is not produced, endorsed, supported, or affiliated with Bandai or any of the above rights holders. Card data is used for informational and commentary purposes.

The Site may display third-party advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Ad content is controlled by Google and its advertising partners, not by us. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of card data, parsed effects, or gravity scores.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The semantic parser is an automated system. It may produce incorrect or incomplete interpretations of card effects. Always verify card rulings against official sources before making competitive decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OP Bearing and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to losses from reliance on parsed card data, deck suggestions, or meta analysis.

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
