OP Bearing (“the Site”) is a research tool for the One Piece Trading Card Game. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

Account information. If you create an account, we collect the email address and password you provide. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never stored or logged in plain text.

User-generated content. Decks you build and feedback you submit are stored on our servers and associated with your account. Decks are private by default.

Usage data. The Site's server logs record standard request metadata: IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for debugging and abuse prevention and are not shared with third parties.

Session cookies. When you sign in, the Site sets an HTTP-only session cookie to maintain your authenticated state. This cookie is essential for account functionality and cannot be disabled while signed in.

Local storage. The Site uses browser local storage to persist UI preferences such as deck staging state. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-party advertising cookies. The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies on your browser to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings or aboutads.info.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain your account and saved decks.
• Process and respond to feedback submissions.
• Monitor and prevent abuse of the service.
• Improve the Site's features and fix bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as described in this policy (i.e., advertising cookies set by Google AdSense).

The Site may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not control the cookies or tracking technologies used by Google or its advertising partners.

Account data and saved decks are retained for as long as your account is active. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. If you delete your account, your personal data and saved decks will be removed. Anonymized or aggregated data (such as overall deck statistics) may be retained indefinitely.

You may:

• Access and update your account information through the Account page.
• Delete your decks at any time.
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us at contact@opbearing.com.
• Opt out of personalized advertising through your browser or Google's ad settings.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
